Inspire Direct Marketing is hiring a Call Center Agent for a remote Canada role. You will handle outbound fundraising calls, welcome donors, renew event participants, and invite ongoing monthly giving.

This is a full-time position with no commissions, offering benefits after training. We seek experienced customer service professionals who communicate well, are tech-savvy, and comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and call center experience.
• Full-time availability, 40 hours/week.
• EST hours Mon-Thu 1:00pm–10:00pm and Fri 10:00am–7:00pm.
• High-speed internet (min 25 Mbps down/5 Mbps up).
• Professional work-from-home space; USB headset and webcam.
• Newer Windows PC; Apple/Mac not supported.

Responsibilities

• Find new child sponsors and welcome new donors.

We find new child sponsors, welcome new donors, renew event participants, and invite donors to give monthly. Each day and each call can be different. We thank, connect, engage and inspire. What You Provide

• You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week
• Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm)
• You love talking to people and are a great communicator
• You are technically savvy and self-reliant
• A minimum of 2 years' customer service and call center experience
• Availability to work 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon -Thu
• Availability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST)
