Role Description

The Fundraiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, focused on engaging members of the public to raise awareness and secure donations for client organizations. In this position, the Fundraiser will conduct door-to-door outreach, street campaigns, and on-site fundraising activities at malls, events, and other high-traffic locations. Daily tasks include approaching and engaging potential donors, delivering clear and compelling campaign messages, answering questions, and accurately processing donor information. The role also involves meeting individual and team fundraising targets, following campaign guidelines and compliance standards, and maintaining professional conduct while representing clients. The Fundraiser will collaborate closely with team leads, attend training sessions, and provide feedback from the field to help improve campaign performance.
