LightForm in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Sales Operations & Showroom Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This hands-on role combines sales support, quotations, customer service and showroom operations.

The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities. You will work with the local sales team and LightForm’s national Sales Support group in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, quotations and customer requests.
• Ability to prepare standard and quick-turn quotations within timelines.
• Assist with product selection, pricing and specifications.
• Maintain quote information and follow up on opportunities.
• Coordinate product availability, pricing and lead-time with vendors.
• Familiarity with lighting, architecture or interior design is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day activities, quotations and customer requests.
• Prepare and revise standard and quick-turn quotations accurately and within required timelines.
• Assist with product selection, pricing, specifications and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding information required to complete quotations and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate quote information and help ensure active opportunities are properly followed up.
• Process standard sales orders and verify customer, product and pricing information.
• Coordinate routine product, pricing, availability, lead-time and documentation requests with vendors.
• Assist Account Executives with active opportunities, project follow-up and customer requests.
• Support specification packages, presentations and other sales materials.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and project information in NetSuite and other internal systems.
• Escalate complex, technical or high-value project requirements to the appropriate internal resource.
• Assist with sales reports, follow-up lists and other sales administration as required.
• Work with Sales Support colleagues across Canada when additional support or coordination is required.
