Job summary

King Living Calgary is seeking a dynamic showroom leader to drive sales performance and exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail setting. You will mentor a high-performing team, manage showroom operations, and uphold our design-led standards to deliver outstanding results.

Ideal candidates bring experience in luxury retail, strong budget awareness, and a passion for furniture and interiors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary with career progression opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience in showroom management or retail leadership within premium or luxury environments.
Customer-obsessed; builds trust, confidence and memorable experiences.
Strong mentoring and coaching leadership to develop teams.
Commercially aware; can manage budgets and drive showroom targets.
High attention to detail with problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
Flexible/adaptable; available to work one weekend day as part of the roster.
Experience in furniture, textiles or interior design is highly regarded.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with retail systems.

Responsibilities

Inspire your team to deliver warm, consultative customer experiences that convert interest into purchases.
Lead daily coaching and development to build a motivated, knowledgeable showroom culture.
Oversee showroom operations and uphold King Living brand standards across the Calgary showroom.
Manage rosters and ensure the showroom runs smoothly and reflects design leadership.
