Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC Canada within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice, service transactions, and banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate staff for solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking trends (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to work practices and branch operations to improve experience.
