GroupSource in Calgary is seeking a Claims Adjudicator to adjudicate health and dental claims with precision and care. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration at the Calgary office with flexible work-from-home days each week.

You will learn standard processing rules, master the ClaimSecure program within three months, and help colleagues with inquiries. A strong focus on accuracy and customer service is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy and data-entry skills.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication.
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicating health and dental claims accurately and efficiently, including both basic and complex cases.
• Answering telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards, processing approximately 250 lines of claims daily.
• Learn and apply standard processing rules for group benefits claims.
• Master the ClaimSecure program within the first three months.
• Support colleagues by filing correspondence, claims, and inquiries.
