Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Project Manager II for our major Oil and Gas client, based in Calgary. The role focuses on leading an integrated project team across safety, quality, cost and schedule, with accountability for project performance.

Responsibilities include setting Gate dates, ensuring timely deliverables, aligning stakeholders on objectives, and managing contractors through FEL2/FEED stages. Travel to site may be required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management practices (planning, scheduling, cost control).
• Ability to work across time zones and with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated project team with accountability for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Set Gate dates and plans to support goals and timelines.
• Ensure deliverable reviews are completed on time and to required quality.
• Align stakeholders on project objectives, strategies, and value delivery.
• Drive competitiveness through organizational strategies with other teams.
• Guide concept selection and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with senior technical leads to define work, risks and mitigations.
• Develop and endorse the Project Road Map with key stakeholders.
• Steward budget and ensure timely completion of reviews and actions.
• Monitor pre-FEED/FEED contractor performance and close gaps.
