Parq Vancouver seeks a Cage Shift Manager to oversee daily Cage operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and customer service excellence. The role reports to the Director of Cage Operations and Cage Manager, with responsibilities spanning vault control, cash handling, and staff supervision.

The position requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced casino environment, complying with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset.
• Accounting designation is an asset.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage Department operations and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and security.
• Oversee daily Vault management, deposits, and cash assets across cages.
• Manage cash handling, ATM reconciliation, and wire transfers with staff.
• Coordinate opening/closing, training, and performance evaluations for Cage team.
• Ensure AML policies, compliance with BCLC/IGCO standards and counterfeits recognition.
