Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Helper for the food service operations at Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, Quebec. The position offers several schedules (days, evenings, weekdays, weekends) with an immediate start.

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with a range up to $19.00 per hour to be discussed at interview. Responsibilities include food prep, setting up stations, assisting with service and orders, and ensuring clean service areas while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous food preparation experience is an asset.
• Experience in food service or the restaurant industry

Responsibilities

• General food preparation
• Prepare and set up workstations for service
• Assist with meal service
• Assist with order placement
• Clean service areas
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure portion control and that product quality meets Aramark standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health, and hygiene programs and procedures
• Participate in the overall maintenance of the kitchen
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
