Job summary

Chances Casino Kelowna is seeking a bright and cheerful team member for Chips Café. This permanent year-round role offers a mix of days, evenings and weekends and a chance to grow in the Food & Beverage industry.

You will provide upbeat customer service, take orders, handle cash and sell lotto products, with on-site parking and flexible scheduling. A minimum of one year in customer service in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Be at least of legal age to work in our casino.
• Available for a mix of days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide upbeat, efficient and focused customer service to guests.
• Record food and beverage orders to relay to kitchen and bar.
• Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, and menus regularly.
• Accurately take cash transactions and sell lotto products.
