Chances Casino Kelowna is seeking a professional poker dealer to provide exceptional customer service while dealing poker in a regulated setting. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to both BCLC standards and company policies.

You will work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment with diverse shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The position offers ongoing training, opportunity for advancement, attractive gratuities, perks, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be of legal age to work in a casino.
• Must have 1 year of previous experience dealing live poker table.
• Excellent ability to calculate numbers accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and courteous service to all customers.
