Job summary

Chances Casino Kelowna is seeking bright, cheerful individuals with outstanding customer service and strong mathematical skills to join a permanent role during casino operating hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The position involves dealing table games professionally and accurately in accordance with BCLC standards and house policies, while delivering excellent customer service.

Training will be provided to prepare you for the duties and ensure compliance.

We are looking for bright and cheerful individuals who have outstanding customer service and mathematical skills to work in a highly regulated environment. Thispermanent roleis scheduled during casino operating hours which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

This role is responsible to perform the act of dealing table games professionally and accurately in accordance with BCLC standards and house policies and procedures, and while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must successfully complete all required training to be considered.

Duties include:

• Providing prompt and courteous service to all customers;
• Sustaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism;
• Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
• Managing play accurately and calmly in a fast-paced environment; and
• Maintaining the integrity of the game by remaining attentive, monitoring the activity of all players, and reporting any irregularities to your Supervisor.

Must be available for all training dates below:- training times will be 5:30pm – 11:30pm

December 2 - 3 (Wednesday and Thursday)

December 7 - 11 (Monday to Friday)

December 14 - 15 (Monday and Tuesday)
