Job summary

Leon Cycle seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Canadian operations from Toronto. You will oversee inventory, warehouse, logistics, customer service, after-sales and our Toronto Ride & Service Hub, coordinating with sales, e‑commerce and China manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI tracking and continuous process improvements to support growth in a fast‑moving bicycle business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or after-sales management.
• Experience managing 3PL, warehouse, inventory and logistics.
• Experience in customer service, returns, warranty or technical after-sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Canadian inventory, warehouse and 3PL operations.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, replenishment, deliveries and stock transfers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, availability and ageing stock.
• Manage customer service for both B2C and B2B customers.
• Oversee returns, refunds, warranty cases and spare-parts fulfilment.
• Manage technical support, repairs and after-sales activities.
• Manage the Leon Cycle Ride & Service Hub – Toronto.
• Manage and support technicians/mechanics and customer-service staff.
• Coordinate operational issues with our manufacturing and quality teams in China.
• Monitor operational KPIs including delivery, inventory, returns, warranty and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve processes, service quality and operating efficiency.

About Leon Cycle

Leon Cycle was founded in Germany in 2014 and has since expanded across Europe, North America and Australia.

We design, manufacture and sell electric bicycles through dealer networks, key accounts and e-commerce channels. Our flagship brand, NCM, offers a wide range of e-bikes across trekking, city, mountain and folding categories.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Toronto to manage our day-to-day Canadian operations and support the continued growth of the business.

The Role

You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of Leon Cycle Canada, covering inventory, warehouse & logistics, customer service, after-sales, technical support and our Toronto Ride & Service Hub.

You will work closely with the Canadian Sales & Operations Director, BD team, e-commerce team and our manufacturing team in China.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or after-sales management;
• Experience managing 3PL, warehouse, inventory and logistics;
• Experience in customer service, returns, warranty or technical after-sales operations;
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Comfortable working with ERP/WMS, inventory and operational data;
• Hands-on, organised and highly accountable;
• Experience in e-bikes, bicycles, automotive, motorcycles, consumer electronics or other durable consumer goods is preferred;
• Experience working with international supply chains or Asian manufacturing teams is a strong advantage.

What Success Looks Like

Maintain the right inventory, deliver products on time, resolve customer and dealer issues quickly, and build an efficient and reliable Canadian after-sales operation.

This is a hands‑on operational leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems and building scalable processes in a fast-growing international business.
