Are you passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and creating programs that deliver meaningful environmental and customer outcomes? Reporting to the Conservation & Energy Management (C&EM) Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative conservation initiatives across residential, commercial, industrial, and low-income customer segments. You will oversee the full program lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and developing business cases to designing customer offerings, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong program management expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, industry partners, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure programs are effective, customer-focused, financially responsible, and aligned with FortisBC's conservation and climate objectives.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
