Who are you? You're:

• Already licensed and have 3–5+ deals done
• Comfortable showing homes, writing offers, and handling the basics
• Committed to real estate long term—but need structure, support, and leads to take the next step
• Coachable, consistent, and ready to go all-in on your goals

Responsibilities:

• Following a daily schedule
• Initial outbound lead calls using our buyer scripts
• Conduct effective & timely lead follow-up
• Prequalify appointments using the correct process
• Attend and conduct initial buyer presentations via Zoom & In person
• Show Buyers homes
• Prepare accurate offers to sellers
• Work with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure subjects are removed and deals finalized
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
• Turn customers into advocates of the PLACE Real Estate Team!
• Promote listings through telephone prospecting
• 2x open houses a month

Field duties include:

• Open Houses
• Inspections
• Giving access for appraisals
• You’ll look to help 12-15 families move in your first year (~$80,000);
• 20+ in your second year onwards (~$120,000).
• 2 hours prospecting/day m-f
• 1 hour of office time for lead follow-up & preparation for appointments
• Evening and weekend showings, depending on clients' schedules
• Leads provided
• Training will be given
• You can focus on meeting clients & making more money
• Ability to take a vacation & forward your phone to the team
