Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa is seeking a Busperson to support the Outlets Leadership Team and help ensure a superior dining experience for guests. The role focuses on friendly, professional service and teamwork across food and beverage operations.

You will assist servers, guide guests on menu items, and maintain station setups while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The position offers health benefits, discounts, and employee programs.

Job Description

Reporting to the Outlets Leadership Team, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Run food orders and replenish product offerings
• Greet, acknowledge and provide assistance to guests
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
