We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Business-to-Business Specialist to join the Voila team and play a key role in expanding our eCommerce presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving B2B growth.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business customers for Voila ecommerce products or services.
  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partners and develop relationships with them to expand Voila consumer base or product offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to grow the company's customer base.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Marketing, Voila Operations and Customer Service, to achieve Voila’s results.
  • Account Servicing: Acting as key liaison for all business accounts, including support with special orders, invoicing, negotiation of contracts, set-up of special promotions and on-going individual support.
What you have to offer:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships or customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Experience in the grocery or retail industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience servicing business clients.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, depending on location.
