Role Overview

As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you will drive trade marketing efforts, manage promotions, engage with retailers and partners, and lead experiential activations and events. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across online, in-store, and field marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Trade Marketing & Channel Activation: Maintain marketing calendar, collaborate on promotions, analyze performance, manage relationships, support loyalty programs, and assist with logistics.
  2. Field Marketing & Event Execution: Plan and execute events, manage logistics, support brand ambassadors, lead local activations, and collaborate with vendors.
  3. Marketing Content & Collateral: Coordinate with creative teams to produce promotional materials and tailor content for regional partners.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, brand, product, and compliance teams; provide insights for strategy development.
  5. Analytics & Market Research: Report on performance, conduct research, and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years in trade marketing, field marketing, or B2B channel marketing.
  3. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  4. Willingness to travel up to 50% across Canada.
  5. Curious, trend-aware, and team-oriented.
