• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Excellent testing, gap analysis, and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration mindset.

Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst ready to drive impactful banking technology projects? Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for anBusiness Systems Analyst - Mainframe/Banking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical initiatives involving customer data onboarding, API integrations, and host system enhancements within a collaborative environment, with potential for long-term growth and development.

Pay rate range (CAD): $62.20/hr – $80.61/hr

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to define solutions and assess impacts.
• Develop, manage, and maintain system requirement traceability through all phases including design, testing, and deployment.
• Support testing activities by translating requirements into test cases and expected results.
• Drive clarity and support deployment by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and QA teams.
• Leverage domain expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovative solutions.
• Provide operational support and detailed analysis to enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with standards, development of business cases, and support change management activities.
• Actively participate in an Agile environment, working in sprint cycles and delivering on key project objectives.
• Maintain strong communication channels across teams, promoting teamwork and shared success.

Desired Skill-Set

Nice to Have

• Experience working with customer data systems.
