Your role, your impact

As a business system analyst, treasury, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, software developers, and business users to ensure that treasury systems align with business goals and deliver value. Leveraging your strong background in technical business analysis, you will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases;
2. Recommend technology directions to align with business objectives;
3. Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications;
4. Define and recommend system solutions to meet business goals;
5. Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;
6. Act as a liaison between business users and software developers to ensure clear communication and understanding;
7. Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure alignment and progress;
8. Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.

Keys to your success

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst;
• Experience in the treasury and/or liquidity space;
• Experience with reverse engineering, reading, gathering, and extracting code;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive conversations and interact with senior stakeholders, including VPs;
• Results-driven and flexible approach, with a passion for diverse work and making impactful contributions;
• Experience with QRM software.
