Your role, your impact

As a Business System Analyst, Treasury, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, software developers, and business users to ensure that systems meet business goals and deliver value. If you have a strong background in technical business analysis, particularly within the treasury and/or liquidity space, and are adept at translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, then this role is for you.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases;

Recommend technology directions to align with business objectives;

Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications;

Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs;

Lead design reviews and other meetings to ensure alignment and progress;

Facilitate user acceptance testing and other testing activities;

Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation;

Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.

Keys to your success

Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst;

Experience in the treasury and/or liquidity space;

Experience with reverse engineering, reading, gathering, and extracting code;

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive conversations and interact with senior stakeholders, including VPs;

Results-driven and flexible approach, with a passion for variety in work and making meaningful contributions.

Experience with QRM software.
