This position offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse technical systems and leverage a deep suite of technologies across the organization.Key Responsibilities* Manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from inception through delivery.* Collaborate directly with software engineering and business teams to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions.* Establish, maintain, and optimize sustainable processes and coordinate complex release schedules.* Define and monitor critical KPIs and SLAs to drive business performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.* Manage critical paths, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies across multiple projects.Required Qualifications**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.**Experience:** Seven or more years of experience working directly with software engineering teams, alongside five or more years of dedicated technical program or product management experience.
