# Service Contract AdministratorApply**Job#: 3058038****Job Description:****Service Contract Administrator****Client:** Healthcare/Life Science company**Contract duration:** 12-month contract (potential to extend)**Location:** Concord, Ontario**Pay Rate:** $27/hr**Description of Position**The Service Contract Administrator provides administrative support for the North American Aftermarket Sales team by managing day-to-day activities to enable our sales partners and internal customers to achieve revenue and service targets, and customer commitments related to renewals, validations, quotations, orders, and contract processing.**Job Description**This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Customer Service and is part of the Service Contract Administration team located in Concord, Canada. This is an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Support the Service and Aftermarket Sales organizations by preparing quotations, booking orders, processing spare parts requests, and managing contract-related activities, including service contracts, RFPs, warranty conversions, and renewals. Review purchase orders, scopes of work, and payment schedules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely revenue support.• Process contractual documents through standard work within established service levels and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.• Partner with internal teams, including Legal, Accounting, EH&S, and Human Resources, to support contract drafting, review, and approval processes.The essential requirements of the job include:• Requires the knowledge and skills normally acquired through successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• Support transaction closing activities as needed during month/quarter/year end. Must be flexible with hours worked to support business demands and department Monday through Friday.
