Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Business Process Analyst to own and optimize critical business processes at the Marcel-Laurin Plant. You will lead transformation initiatives and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in process transformation, strong knowledge of PLM, ERP and MES, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience leading system transformation and integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, ERP, and MES systems and data integration processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• As the Business Process Owner, you will manage and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure their timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure processes are streamlined and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of process changes.

• As the Business Process Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have proven experience (5‑10 years) leading system transformation and integration initiatives within complex organizations.
• You have a strong understanding of PLM, ERP, and MES systems, including their functionalities, integration capabilities, and data integration processes.
• You possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.
• You are highly autonomous, customer-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• You are bilingual in English and French.
