Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a Program Analyst for the Avionics Program Management team in Dorval, QC. The role drives a portfolio of critical avionic projects, leading cross-functional teams and external suppliers to successful completion.
You will own goals, schedules, budgets, and risk management across programs while presenting progress to senior leadership. Minimum 5 years PM experience with aerospace exposure is expected, along with bilingual capabilities in English and French.

The Program Management Office is seeking a highly motivated and results driven programs analyst to join its Avionics Program Management team. In this role, you will be responsible to drive a portfolio of business-critical avionic projects to successful completion. The selected individual will lead a cross-functional team, including external suppliers, and oversee all aspects of the execution of their projects.
In your role, you will:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business;
You have a technical or manufacturing background in aerospace (considered an asset);
You have at least five (5) years of relevant experience; possessing eight (8) or more years of experience would be an asset;
You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions;
You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;
You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
You can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and still deliver on commitments;
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project);
You are able to work in both English and French in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues in Quebec and elsewhere in the world;
You are able to work at least two days per week on site at one of our Montreal facilities;
