Job summary

Bombardier is hiring a Analyst, Business Intelligence (BI) to collect, structure and analyze data from multiple sources and to develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI. The role supports decision making with robust analysis and data-driven recommendations in a manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, ensure data quality, and automate reporting in a hybrid work environment at the Marcel‑Laurin Plant in Montreal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SQL and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, operations, quality, etc.).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI).
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable insights to operational teams and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Automate and optimize reporting and performance-tracking processes.
• Support decision-making through robust analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes.
