Job summary

Liebherr Group Canada in Alberta seeks a seasoned professional to oversee warranty management and administrative support for the sales and commercial teams. You will drive training programs, champion digital tools, and serve as a key escalation point for complex customer issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• HET Journeyperson Certificate or related Engineering Technology degree
• Previous experience in Heavy Equipment business
• Great attitude and ability to fit with a dynamic team
• A passion for learning in a constantly evolving industry

Responsibilities

• Warranty management: oversee end-to-end warranty claims process
• Administration: support sales and commercial teams with orders, invoicing queries, and customer inquiries
• Training management: conduct needs assessments and manage Technical Trainer position
• Digitization: lead digital tools strategy and implementation for customer support
• Technical support: act as escalation point for critical customer issues and manage client relationships
• Lead on major projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Responsibilities

• Warranty management:Oversee the end-to-end warranty claims process, from initial customer submission and validation to investigation, resolution, and final settlement.


• Administration:Maintain efficient administrative processes to support the sales and commercial teams, including order processing, invoicing queries, and customer inquiries.


• Training Management:Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the commercial and customer-facing teams. Manage Technical Trainer position.


• Digitization:Lead the strategy and implementation of digital tools and platforms to transform the customer support experience.


• Technical Support:Act as a key escalation point for critical customer issues, managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.


• Act as main point of contact for major projects, when assigned.


• Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.


• Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) Journeyperson Certificate or a related Engineering Technology degree.


• Previous experience in Heavy Equipment business.


• Great attitude that will fit with the Liebher team, highly dynamic, functional team.
