  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and take the appropriate steps to resolve issues.
  • Provide professional, timely and courteous service across different communication channels.
  • Support effective information management, including appropriate filing, documentation and archiving of records and correspondence.
  • Manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting established timelines and service expectations.
  • Contribute to operational initiatives and other administrative activities that support the team and business.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, processes and business needs.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfort learning and working across multiple systems and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in an environment where priorities may change.
  • Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is an asset.
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

Given the size and scope of our organization, this position may be located in London or Winnipeg.

The base salary for this position is between $34,900 - $43,000 annually.
