401 group companies is seeking an Insurance Account Manager in Peterborough, Ontario, to join a fast-paced team delivering Home, Auto and Life solutions. You will generate leads, assess client needs, and provide tailored policy options while delivering outstanding service.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication skills, a proven track record of meeting goals, and is willing to obtain LLQP. Competitive compensation with commissions and health and dental benefits are offered.

Salary range $50,000-$55,000+ Commissions. Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

What Will Make You Successful

• Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
