Joseph Transportation Group is seeking a Business Intelligence & Process Manager to bridge technology and operations, partnering with senior leadership to transform data into action. You will lead BI strategy, develop executive dashboards, optimize processes, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to deliver measurable improvements across the organization.

You will play a key role in strengthening how we measure performance, optimize processes, leverage technology, and make strategic decisions.

• Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and eliminating inefficiencies.
• Ability to identify opportunities, implement change, and measure results.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset.
