iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance) is seeking an IT and Business Process Integration Analyst in a permanent, full-time role in Quebec. You will drive the integration of subsidiaries with corporate IT processes, systems, and standards, bridging technology and business requirements across Canada and beyond.

You will document architectures, map processes, and support change management to ensure smooth, sustainable integrations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards.
• Document architectures and technical workflows, and assess migration impacts.
• Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target operating model.
• Gather and structure business requirements and produce functional documentation.
• Analyze IT contracts and support technology purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations.
• Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and monitoring of integration activities.
• Support change management initiatives and promote adoption of corporate processes and solutions.
