Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and supporting Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
• Advanced DAX, Power Query, and SQL skills for large datasets.
• Experience with enterprise data modeling, data warehousing, and security (RLS).
• Experience working with 100M+ records and varied data formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and apps.
• Create Power Automate workflows to distribute reports via email and Teams.
• Build Power Apps to streamline business processes and data capture.
• Develop scalable data models and reusable reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Ensure secure reporting with Row-Level Security and AAD groups.
• Provide testing, validation, troubleshooting and production support.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will build scalable Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows, enabling data-driven decision-making while working with large, complex datasets and modern AI-assisted development tools.

About the Role

The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and data visualization solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role partners with technical teams and business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing Power BI solutions, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows while working with large-scale datasets and modern AI development tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and applications.
• Build visually engaging dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to distribute reports and dashboards through email and Microsoft Teams.
• Create Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve data collection.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Visual Studio Code to improve development efficiency.
• Design scalable data models using multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop reusable datasets and reporting frameworks for enterprise-wide analytics.
• Work with extremely large datasets (100M+ records) while optimizing performance.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and secure reporting solutions using Active Directory groups.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, KRIs, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reporting logic.
• Recommend improvements to existing reporting, automation, and data management processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and supporting:
• Power BI
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• 2+ years of experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Visual Studio Code.
• Advanced experience with:
• Complex DAX

• SQL
• Power BI Dashboard and App development
• Experience working with datasets exceeding 100 million records.
• Experience working with multiple data formats including:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Information Security or Identity & Access Management (IAM).
