Whether you're based at our state-of-the-art facility in Mulgrave or working remotely within Nova Scotia, you’ll play a strategic role in helping us harness the power of data to drive smart decisions and sustainable growth across the business.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the analytics landscape within a high-impact global manufacturing company. You will be the go-to expert for designing and managing data models, dashboards, and reports that empower our teams with actionable insights. Using tools like Azure Synapse, Azure Fabric, and Power BI, you’ll support strategic initiatives, enhance reporting capabilities, and collaborate cross-functionally to help us work smarter and faster.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain powerful dashboards and data models that tell a story

• Leverage Azure cloud technologies to deliver robust data analytics solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Automate data workflows through ETL processes and data pipeline development

• Validate data quality and ensure accuracy across reporting and analytics

• Present complex insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders

• Stay ahead of trends in BI, analytics, and cloud-based tools

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related role

• Proficiency in Azure Data Analytics technologies, SQL, and ETL pipelines

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Knowledge of data warehousing, governance, and cloud architecture

• A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking

• Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical topics to non-technical teams
