We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Power BI development, data validation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in creating impactful reports, mentoring junior analysts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our BI processes. As a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence your responsibilities will include:

1. Power BI Expertise: Design and build impactful reports, adapting to evolving requirements
2. Data Integrity: Thoroughly validate data and ensure accuracy
3. Collaboration: Work effectively with teams to ensure report completeness and address challenges; communicate effectively with stakeholders
4. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements to BI processes and report development
5. Technical Support: Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to BI reports and dashboards

Technical Skills

1. Strong understanding of data structures and quality principles
2. Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX, report creation, and Power Query (M) for data transformation
3. Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation and analysis)
4. Strong data visualization skills
5. Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and extraction
6. Familiarity with SharePoint for data access and collaboration
7. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Experience

1. 3 years of experience in a BI analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and dashboards

5. Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) experience
6. Management Reporter experience
7. Experience with predictive modelling techniques
