Job description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Master Data Business Analyst for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a work from home position.

As a Master Data Business Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Delivering hierarchy rule configurations, validations and table maintenance in compliance with bank infrastructure and governance requirements

• Monitoring and managing deliverables, tracking and resolving issues, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners

• Supporting production by troubleshooting and escalating hierarchy-related issues to meet production schedule requirements

Qualifications required for the Master Data Business Analyst include:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics

• Project management experience and SQL skills

• Experience with VBA, MS Access, and relational databases like MySQL or DB2
