Essential Job Functions
  1. Ensure high-quality service to CAREGivers, clients, and families, exceeding customer needs through service excellence.
  2. Drive business development through a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and community reputation enhancement.
  3. Manage all aspects of business growth, including sales and client acquisition.
  4. Oversee recruitment to maintain a qualified workforce, including PSWs, CAREGivers, and nurses.
  5. Implement quality assurance programs and identify opportunities for service expansion and relationship building with referral sources.
  6. Develop and manage annual operational plans and budgets.
  7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators like sales growth, CAREGiver to client ratio, satisfaction scores, and turnover rates.
  8. Maintain critical business metrics and report to the VP of Operations.
  9. Lead departmental meetings and conduct regular performance reviews with staff.
  10. Develop strategic plans for business growth.
  11. Execute sales strategies with analytics to assess success and areas for improvement.
  12. Support client care coordination and ensure effective communication with families and staff.
  13. Travel as needed for training and events.
  14. Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and foster good interpersonal relationships.
