Salesforce Developer – Full-Time (Remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications.
• Build Apex classes, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Flows, and triggers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with admin, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II a plus).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare or insurance domain.

QA Engineer (Salesforce Testing) – Full-Time (Remote)

About Us:

We specialize in Salesforce-based solutions for behavioral health providers and are growing fast. We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to test and ensure the quality of our Salesforce products and releases.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features.
• Perform manual and automated testing for UI, API, and workflows.
• Identify, log, and track bugs through resolution.
• Work closely with developers and product owners during sprints.
• Ensure releases are bug-free and aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA with at least 1 year testing Salesforce applications.
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with Salesforce admin and user functionality.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.).
• Knowledge of behavioral health workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Apex or SOQL for test data creation.
