About the BDR Role

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in driving business growth. You will proactively build relationships, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team while developing essential sales skills in a real-world environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Educate and inform prospects about the company’s products and services
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Meet and exceed performance targets for outreach and conversions
  • Learn prospecting strategies, CRM tools, and sales best practices while earning an industry-recognized Sales Certification
