Join to apply for the Business Development Representative role at Sales Talent Agency.

Our client is a developer of an artificial intelligence-based platform aimed at streamlining the customer relationship management process. They are a Series A company with over $20M in funds raised, founded by a serial entrepreneur with a successful exit history.

They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join their Toronto team and help scale their presence across North America.

The Role
  1. Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
  2. Collaborate with sales & marketing leadership to refine messaging and strategies.
  3. Test and iterate prospecting strategies across channels to improve results.
  4. Test and validate new use cases, personas, and markets for customer value.
  5. Create and share engaging outbound content to boost awareness and demand.
About You
  1. Must be able to work in the office 3x per week in downtown Toronto near Union Station.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in roles like SDR, BDR, or similar.
  3. Strong communication skills, both phone and written.
  4. Consistently meet and exceed pipeline targets.
  5. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Hubspot, and Clay.
