Job description

Job Opportunity: Sales Professional

Join a dynamic team selling signs to the commercial and industrial sectors north of Montreal. As a natural hunter with a strong network, you excel at acquiring new accounts and leading your team to success.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in project management, taking measurements, and reading plans.
  • Experience in selling signs, kitchen cabinets, doors, windows, renovation, exterior siding, or to architects & designers is an asset.
  • Enjoy teamwork and are familiar with CRM tools.
  • Functional English skills.
  • Valid driver's license for travel and road trips.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $40,000 for the first six months plus 3.5% commission on gross sales.
  • Thereafter, a base salary of $20,000 plus 7% commission on gross sales.
  • Uncapped earning potential, aiming for $90,000 or more annually.
