Canadian Linen & Uniform Service Corp. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales, secure new business and grow market share for uniforms, linens and facility services. This outside-sales role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building and meeting aggressive goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel as needed, build presentations, and work with a team to deliver a total uniform solution that supports our customers’ needs and brand identities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to travel, including overnight trips and to the US.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree completed.
• Experience in outside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.

THE ROLE

If so, the Canadian Linen sales team is looking for an ambitious Account Executive (AE) to drive sales and advance with our company. Join us and be part of a rapidly growing outside sales team working together to secure new business and increase market share. While uniform sales will be the primary focus of the AE, they will also sell linens and facility services to support our growth and increase in demand.

• Technology - Our team uses laptops, cell phones, Microsoft Office, and a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to stay organized and connected.
• Customer Focus and Orientation - In this role, you will be the face of the company. We need someone passionate about providing the ultimate customer experience.
• Ability to Influence - We need someone who can overcome objections and effectively demonstrate why we are the uniform, facilities, and first aid products supplier of choice.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and a dependable vehicle
• Successfully pass Criminal Background Check
• Post-Secondary Diploma or degree
• Must be willing to travel, including overnight travel and possible travel to the US.

Preferred:

• Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred

Compensation

The salary rate that Canadian Linen and Uniform Service reasonably expects to pay is between $50,000-$55,000 annually for this position depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
