Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience; legal or professional services is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Asana, InterAction and Foundation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development, including preparation of presentations and pitches.
• Assist lawyers with bios updates and access to their bios for proposals.
• Track and report proposals activity using the project management platform (Asana).
• Support data entry and maintenance of Foundation content library materials and proposal content.
• Assist with mandating descriptions in Foundation and generating experience lists for proposals.
