You will build strong relationships with clients by identifying, selling, and cross-selling opportunities, and measuring satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with regional leadership to increase sales and market share through proactive outbound calls with clients.
  2. Support dealers and brokers with market, fund performance, management strategies, and industry trends.
  3. Provide product information and materials to clients and prospects.
  4. Participate in visits, seminars, road shows, conferences, and industry events.
  5. Conduct regional market research to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
  6. Monitor sales activity, identify trends, and suggest retention strategies.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships to optimize sales.
  8. Support building client relationships through meetings for regional sales leaders.
  9. Utilize sales tools (CRM, Leads Module) to achieve results.
  10. Stay informed on market changes and competitive advantages.
  11. Maintain accurate client data in CRM.
  12. Ensure compliance with governance and expense procedures.
  13. Provide product and sales support to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
  14. Participate in or lead client visits as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Financial industry experience, preferably as a Sales Coordinator or Business Development Manager.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a strong asset.
  • Strong computer, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.

Additional Strengths:

  • Completion of IFIC and CSC or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of securities, stock, bond markets, and mutual funds.
