  • Develop concise and focused solutions and strategies across all sub‑segments of the ICI vertical.
  • Build and maintain long‑term end‑user relationships based on understanding their specific business initiatives and risk profiles.
  • Develop and provide strategic guidance for key Axis Development Partner (ADP) teaming relationships relevant to the Canadian ICI market.
  • Expand and cultivate relationships with National Solution Integrators (NSIs) specializing in critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with key industry associations and regulatory bodies to drive technology standards and safety guidance.
  • Represent Axis at ICI‑specific industry events, trade shows, and conferences as a subject matter expert and public speaker.
  • Provide regional guidance to the Canadian and Americas sales organizations regarding complex, large‑scale ICI projects, regulatory environments, and procurement policies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative applications for IP‑based devices in the ICI space, spanning both physical security and industrial IoT.
  • Provide monthly reporting on market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline development to management.
What We Are Looking For …

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of system architecture, cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure, and industrial communication standards.
  • Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; ability to represent Axis in press/PR engagements.
  • Collaboration: A self‑motivated team player capable of coaching sales teams on how to position complex solutions to ICI customers.
What You’ll Need …

  • Established professional network of end‑users, consultants, and partners within the Canadian ICI sector (Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, etc.).
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and standards pertinent to Canadian Critical Infrastructure.
