GardaWorld is seeking a Business Development Manager-GTA to drive growth across the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario. In this high-impact role, you will lead initiatives to identify new opportunities, expand market share, and deliver value to clients across key verticals.

The purpose of this position is to develop new business relationships, service existing customers and grow overall revenue and profitability in a specified vertical. The primary goal of the Business Development Manager is to win new client relationships for GardaWorld by engaging in a variety of research, prospecting, follow up, pricing, quoting and collaborative activities.
The incumbent will operate out of the various GardaWorld offices, which include but not limited to Toronto, Mississauga, Durham Region, Peel Region, Brampton. The role is hybrid and the incumbent can work remote. The position also requires travel to accommodate direct customer and corporate interaction when required. As such, the incumbent requires a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s licence, and a passport. Within the office environment, work will typically be performed at a desk and at a computer, potentially for extended periods of time. For the most part, the incumbent will work during regular business hours, with latitude for modification based on travel requirements, business priorities, and customer accommodation. The incumbent in this job primarily works seated and at his computer / laptop on a daily basis. Working on his computer and using the phone. Exception would be when visiting client/prospect sites for a sales call. Other exception would be when working at a tradeshow or conference which would mean standing for long periods of time
