Job Description :

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically within the freight or logistics sector, and must have an established book of business. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market presence and meet our financial targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the freight or logistics industry.
  • An established book of business and strong industry connections.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
