OnWebsite helps small businesses get found online and grow their customer base through local SEO, website optimization, and digital growth strategies. We work with healthcare practices, real estate professionals, financial advisors, and home service businesses who are losing customers to better-positioned competitors.

The Role: We're looking for a driven BDR to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers. You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners who need our services but don't know we exist yet.

What You'll Do:

✓ Prospect and qualify small businesses struggling with online visibility

✓ Conduct discovery calls to understand their growth challenges

✓ Present OnWebsite's solutions to qualified prospects

✓ Manage your pipeline and follow-up process

✓ Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $45,000 annually

Commission: 10% of first-year contract value + 2% recurring

You're a Great Fit If:

• 2+ years B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience selling to small business owners preferred

• Comfortable with consultative selling (not high-pressure tactics)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting quotas

• Understanding of digital marketing/websites a plus
