The BDE’s core responsibility is to connect with potential hiring managers, mainly in the industrial or manufacturing sectors, to promote the services offered by our Recruitment Division. Once connected, our internal recruiting team handles the entire recruitment and screening process while the BDE maintains a supporting role. This is a flexible, remote position that is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and business development who wants to work independently and manage their own accounts and clients.

Compensation details include a base salary of $1,000/month, increasing to $2,000/month after 3 months, plus a 10% profit bonus for each successful hire. Payments are made via direct deposit or cash without tax deductions; recipients are responsible for their own taxes.
