Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Business Analyst, Business Change Support for a 6-month contract based in North Vancouver, BC. The role supports business change initiatives, system implementation, and end-user adoption across multiple releases, partnering with project teams, stakeholders, and OCM.

You will design and deliver training materials, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, analyze process and system impact, coordinate logistics, and track adoption feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business change support, systems training, business analysis, or learning delivery within technology implementation projects.
• Proven hands-on track record of developing and delivering instructor-led systems training to diverse user groups.
• Solid understanding of instructional design and adult learning techniques.
• Ability to quickly master unfamiliar systems, business processes, and evolving solution requirements.
• Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally to operating locations for in-person training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain role-based training assets including presentations, facilitator guides, user guides, job aids, and practical exercises.
• Facilitate and deliver instructor-led systems training to frontline, operational, and shoreside stakeholders (virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with the OCM team to support transitions, hypercare activities, and stakeholder readiness.
• Monitor evolving business processes, system functionality, and validation activities to keep training materials current.
• Coordinate learner populations, training schedules, attendance, and delivery logistics.
• Track completion, gather end-user feedback, identify learning/adoption gaps, and advise on remediation.
