Job summary

Stellar Recruitment Inc. in North Vancouver seeks a Business Analyst – Business Change Support to drive testing, training, UAT and post-go-live hypercare for Payroll and Scheduling systems.

You will develop materials, test scripts, manage UAT, coordinate with change management teams, and support integration testing between Oracle Payroll and Helm Connect, with an initial onsite period and subsequent hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in technical support.
• Experience supporting testing, training, UAT, and post-go-live/hypercare activities.
• Strong experience developing test scripts, training materials, and user documentation.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and diverse business units.

Stellar Recruitment is looking for a Business Analyst – Business Change Support to support major Payroll and Scheduling system implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong Business Analysis experience who has worked across testing, training, UAT, change management, and post-go-live hypercare. You’ll play a key role supporting the implementation of Oracle Payroll and Helm Connect while working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and system integrators. • Strong experience developing test scripts, training materials, and user documentation
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and diverse business units
• Experience with business process redesign and process improvement
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Lean thinking/process improvement experience is an asset
• Experience within the marine industry or transportation/logistics is an asset

Hourly Rate: $70-80/hour

**Fully onsite in North Vancouver through initial training period, will then be hybrid 3 days on-site, some travel/site visits required**
